Subject: Symmetry Methods for Differential Equations

Symmetry methods were developed by the Norwegian mathematician Marius Sophus Lie (1842-1899) in the latter half of the nineteenth century and are highly algorithmic. These methods systematically unite and broaden the well-known ad hoc techniques to construct exact solutions for differential equations, especially for nonlinear differential equations. In this talk we present a brief on symmetry methods and its applications to differential equations.

Subject: Importance of Plastic Materials

In the second half of the 20th century, plastics started to take place in our lives and their usage in different areas has gradually increased over time. They are an important part of our lives due to being lightweight, safe, durable and low cost. It is predicted that fiber-reinforced plastics with superior performance characteristics will become indispensable materials of the future and will lead to advanced high technologies.
